For people expected to run the admin side of their Adobe Set up.

    • Understanding Data discrepancies
    • How to assess the quality of an existing implementation using external tools, ie Debugger and Fiddler.
  • Improving implementation with processing rules, new events, campaign codes, new variables
  • Product codes and Saint classifications

Prerequisites

Designed to complement the Adobe Analytics – Analysis session, but if you have experience as an Adobe analyst it is not essential to attend both.

Trainer

Alice Moore

Alice is a seasoned Adobe Analytics user with 6 years of Adobe Analytics experience. She is currently the Analytics Operations Manager at Disney interactive. Alice started her career in data management at telecom giant Cisco before moving into a Web Analyst role with the Guardian News Group. She then took over the leading web analytics role within the travel guide book publisher Lonely Planet, part of BBC Worldwide, before joining digital analytics and optimisation consultancy AEP Convert. In March she started her role at Disney.

In all these roles Alice has been using Adobe Analytics extensively both on the implementation and analysis sides. She provides insight to drive site optimisation as well designing and supporting the implementation of Adobe Analytics. This rare combination of analyst and data architect allows for a more meticulous and assured approach to online data discovery. What Alice does not know about Adobe Analytics is probably not worth knowing!
