Everyone looks for ways to speed up the boring bit of reporting so that more time can be spent on the interesting bits. The R programming language, coupled with the GA API offers a flexible way to produce nice looking reports in a semi-automated way. R can also be used to build sophisticated forecasting models which can be combined with these reports to automatically produce a view of what has happened in the past and a prediction for the future.

This session is aimed at beginners. It is for anyone who is curious about applying R in their daily work to automate and reduce the workload by using the built-in tools and libraries. It will, however, be beneficial to have played around in R before starting the class.
