In this session we will go through the steps that you need to go through to produce a measurement framework based on business objectives, goals, Format for the session is that we are going to go through how to build measurement frameworks based on extracting Business Objectives from Strategy, establishing digital goals and then working KPIs from them. You’ll have a bit of me speaking, but also some time in groups where I’ll get you to build your own frameworks based on your real examples.
Session Audience – This is where we go into some detail on the target audience, experienced level, tool exposure, etc.
This session is aimed at those who are running analysis on sites, but are struggling to define what success looks like, whether you have experience and want to see some alternative ways of creating frameworks or you are new and want to find the best way of setting KPIs.
My name is Alec and I have 12 years of Analytics experience. I spent 5 years working in house as an analyst before moving agency side and working with clients to help them. For the last 4 years I’ve been an independent working with my own clients. I’ve worked in eCommerce, financial services, lead generation, publishing, automotive, government, retail, charity, telecommunications and anything else you might want to think about. I’ve done analysis, implementation, training, managed teams, run strategy projects and help set up analytics functions.
