There will be a panel approach used for the MeasureCamp Google Analytics Tips & Tricks session. It will be led by Tim Leighton-Boyce, if you follow his blog and/or twitter stream, you read a constant stream of ideas for getting more valuable insights out of GA. He will be joined by Doug Hall of Conversion Works and likely others.
But Tim wants to involve more people to really make this an unconference style session. He is inviting anyone with a tip or trick which they would like to share with everyone in the London Measurecamp “GA Tips and Tricks” session to get involved. These tips can be favourite dashboards, filters, custom reports or advanced segments. They might be a customisation of code or an approach to solving a problem. It can be anything that you find useful when using Google Analytics.
There is a form below where you can provide Tim & Doug with some brief details of your tip or you can do so directly within Google Docs. If you want to go a bit old school (or have questions), you can email Tim directly (email@example.com). The best tips & tricks will be chosen for this session. The contributors will be asked to use a couple of minutes during this session to share their tip with everyone else. Great tips supplied by people who cannot make MeasureCamp or who will be in another session may be included and shared by the session moderators – unless we decide to have fun with recorded sessions or something.
This approach will actually work with any web analytics tool. So please, if you have any ideas/tips/tricks for Webtrends, SiteCatalyst or any other tool, please also submit them via the form above or email them to me (firstname.lastname@example.org). They will likewise be passed onto the moderators for that session.
